This innovative Elastomeric Damper is specifically designed to guarantee peace of mind in environments where intense activity generates impact noise and vibrations, such as in the case of cinemas, theaters, auditoriums, gyms and crossfit rooms. The TP-60 model offers a greater height to increase the air cavity, which in turn allows the incorporation of a higher volume of sound-absorbing material.In this way, it is possible to distance the acoustic package even further from the original structural floor slab, increasing acoustic insulation in a proportion that can be two to three times more effective compared to traditional systems of lower height.

Its trapezoidal design, featuring four inward-directed indentations, forms an X-shape that exponentially increases its internal elasticity. This modification not only enhances its performance in noise treatment but also promotes proper seating across a wide variety of surfaces. The new KRAIBURG-TPE composition results in a damping factor superior to that of conventional polymers such as polyurethane, polystyrene, or EPDM. This advanced material provides a durability and effectiveness in acoustic insulation that sets it apart in the market.
There are three references, each designed to support different load ranges and available in distinct colors: Green, Blue and Red.

Sample description: concrete acoustic floor for gyms consisting of SE-TP-60/150 (SENOR) mounts + SE-BEC-10×135 (SENOR) acoustic strip + URSA TERRA PLUS 32 T0003 mineral wool + KNAUF /80 Z1 omega channels + 16 mm MDF board + TECSOUND 2FT 80 (SOPREMA) soundproofing membrane + 700-gauge black plastic sheeting + 20x20x4 welded wire mesh + SE-SP-30 R mesh spacers + 6 cm reinforced concrete.
Result: 13 dB improvement in airborne noise compared to the 52 dB base floor, reaching 65 dB of total insulation.
Result: 40 dB reduction in impact noise compared to the 77 dB base floor, reaching 38 dB of insulation.
