Model TS-60
This innovative Elastomeric Damper is specifically designed to guarantee peace of mind in environments where intense activity generates impact noise and vibrations, such as in the case of cinemas, theaters, auditoriums, gyms and crossfit rooms. The TS-60 model offers a greater height to increase the air cavity, which in turn allows the incorporation of a higher volume of sound-absorbing material.In this way, it is possible to distance the acoustic package even further from the original structural floor slab, increasing acoustic insulation in a proportion that can be two to three times more effective compared to traditional systems of lower height.

Its trapezoidal design, featuring four inward-directed indentations, forms an X-shape that exponentially increases its internal elasticity. This modification not only enhances its performance in noise treatment but also promotes proper seating across a wide variety of surfaces. The new KRAIBURG-TPE composition results in a damping factor superior to that of conventional polymers such as polyurethane, polystyrene, or EPDM. This advanced material provides a durability and effectiveness in acoustic insulation that sets it apart in the market.
There are three references, each designed to support different load ranges and available in distinct colors: Green, Blue and Red.

+ 4 cm CHOVANAPA sound-absorbing material (CHOVA) + 16 mm MDF board + CHOVACUSTIC 65 FIELTEX multilayer component (CHOVA) + 6 cm reinforced concrete
Note: For the TS-60 product, the acoustic results obtained in this test are also valid, since both products share properties.
Result: An improvement of 13 dB in airborne sound compared to the base floor, which has a rating of 59 dB, resulting in a total soundproofing of 72 dB.
Result: Reduction of 37 dB in impact noise compared to the base floor, which has a rating of 76 dB, achieving a total soundproofing of 36 dB.
