The SE-FTD NIVEL 47 is sold in two box formats to adapt to projects of different sizes:

3. Recommended Construction Solution and Application Order

Install the SE-FTD NIVEL 47 dampers using 70mm approx. lag screws (with spaced threads) and 8mm nylon plugs (like Fischer or similar).
- For wall linings (up to 3 meters): Use 3 dampers per profile.
- For ceilings (unidirectional slab with beams and vaults): Use a modulation of 0.7m x 0.5m (2.85 dampers per m²).
Place the SE-BEC-5×48 – SENOR self-adhesive acoustic strip around the entire perimeter.
Level the damper accessory and anchor the 45/48mm profiles (TC47, F-530, F47/17, T-45 or similar).
- For wall linings: Profiles every 60 cm.
- For ceilings: Profiles every 50 cm if only using primary profiles.
Place the SE-MONT-BICAPA 40 self-adhesive decouplingstrip on the front of the profiles.
Insert 50mm of absorbent material (like rock wool or mineral wool with a density of approx. 30 kg/m³). The metal profiles will hold it in place. We recommend using materials with a high absorption coefficient (alpha α ≥ 0.70).
Add the first layer of 12.5–13mm gypsum boards with 25mm screws.
Adhere a 4mm acoustic sheet (ViscoLam, M.A.D. 4, Tecsound or similar).
Add the second layer of 12.5–13mm gypsum boards with 35–45mm screws.
Treat the joints with compound and tape.

Total thickness of the solution: minimum 6.8 cm and maximum 8.2 cm.
