3800-01 / TD1 + TA allows you to isolate and separate acoustic walls more economically than the 3802/03 model. However, 3800/01 TD1 + TA model has a disadvantage compared to the 3802/03 model: the ideal axial compression cannot be tested and reviewed by our engineers, since this process is carried out on site by the installer. What it does offer is the possibility of combining two thicknesses of sheet metal in order to extend or reduce the size of the air chamber depending on the acoustic needs of the work.
Available in two thicknesses: 0,8 mm and 1,5 mm.
✓ 3800/TD1 + TA: : L square in 1,5 mm thickness
STRONGER for air chambers over 10 cm.
✓ 3801/TD1 + TA: L square in 0,8 mm thickness
Bending the sheet metal with your hands has never been easier! It has the advantage of bending and reducing the size of the anti-vibration rubber wall mount to adapt it to.
✓ Load range is the same for both products; it is between 5 to 30 kg.
The difference lies only in the thickness of the sheet metal.

Product registered in the Spanish Patents and Trademark Office
Possibility to build wall lining systems with air chambers with several thicknesses
Easy installation
Screw and washer combination ensure the fastening in the event of fire
They avoid vibration transmission. The polymer works both in compression and elongation, that is, in two directions.
Airborne Noise Insulation Test
Standards: UNE-EN ISO 10140-1:2016 and UNE-EN ISO 10140-2:2011
Laboratory: TECNALIA (Vitoria)
Date: 3-March-2021
Sample: ACOUSTIC WALL LINING -WITH DAMPERS-
Normalised base wall: 15 cm concrete block + plasterboard on both sides.
Standard base thickness and weight: 17.5 cm and 149 kg/m².
Total thickness of wall lining: 19,5 cm
Description of the sample: self-supporting lining formed with 11 cm air gap between standard wall and metal structure + dampers SE-TAV-500/11A (blue) and R (red) from SENOR
+ dampers SE-3802/TD1 or SE-3803/TD1 (SENOR) + acoustic strips SE-BEC-6×100 and SE-BEC- 10×100 (SENOR) + 48 mm channels (KNAUF) + 46 mm C-pillars (KNAUF) + SE-MONT-BICAPA-40 decoupling strip (SENOR)
+ 4 cm Chovanapa absorber material (CHOVA) + 15 mm PYL (KNAUF) + 4 mm Viscolam 65 acoustic foil (CHOVA) + 12.5 cm PYL (KNAUF) + 4 mm Viscolam 65 acoustic foil (CHOVA) + 12, 5 cm PYL (KNAUF)
Note: for products 3800 TD1+TA and 3801 TD1+TA the acoustic results obtained in this test is also valid, as they share the same base structure (metal+EPDM) and polymers.
Result: 16 dB improvement in airborne noise compared to a 48 dB base wall, reaching 64.1 dB of total insulation.
