FTD RASTREL-L is an ULTRA FAST mount for lightweight floors. Ideal for insulating raised floors by wooden battens. It is super slim to fit in tight spaces. Raised floors are built with minimal effort, obtaining a lab-tested acoustic enhancement to impact noise of more than 29 dB.

Installation video
It is a direct acoustic floor mount. Its main purpose is to isolate and separate floating floor providing quality and performance by using metal or timber joist. It is a fast anchor piece which takes up the minimal space.

Total thickness of acoustic floor: 14 cm
Sample description: Lightweight acoustic floor consisting of ChovACUSTIC PLUS FIELTEX (ChovA) + SE-FTD RASTREL and SE-FTD RASTREL-L dampers (SENOR) + ChovANAPA 4 cm PANEL 600 (ChovA) + SE-BEC-15×170 acoustic strip (SENOR) + 40×40 mm pine battens + SE-MONT-BICAPA-40 (SENOR) + 16 mm MDF board + ViscoLAM 100 (ChovA) + 16 mm MDF board.
Airborne noise result: improvement of 14 dB in airborne noise compared to a base floor of 58 dB, achieving a total soundproofing level of 71,9 dB.
Impact noise result: improvement of 28 dB in impact noise reduction according to the UNE-EN ISO 717-2:2021 standard.
