The TS-60 model does not change much compared to the TS-80, just slightly taller. Its trapezoidal design, with four indentations towards its interior forming an X-shaped figure, exponentially improves its internal elasticity, providing greater performance in the acoustic field and favouring perfect placement on the ground.
Fourth generation rubber damper recommended for raised floors under reinforced concrete slabs. Its new composition has a higher damping factor than standard polymers (polyurethane, polystyrene, EPDM, etc.)
There are 3 different models depending on load range and colour: Green, Blue and Red
✓ TS-60 V 150 (Load range from 35 – 200 kg)
✓ TS-60 A 280 (Load range from 150 – 280 kg)
✓ TS-60 R 400 (Load range from 270 – 400 kg)
It is recommended with concrete mortar more than 50 mm thickness.
It is a RUBBER mount for concrete floors

Product registered in the Spanish Patents and Trademarks Office
It has two control movements stops in its base which allow a better installation on the ground
Easy and fast installation
Excellent soundproofing results in impact noise
Test Report Nº: B2022-LACUS-IN-176 A
Purpose: Airborne Soundproofing Test AND Impact Noise Insulation Test
Standards: UNE-EN ISO 10140-1:2022, 10140-2:2022 and 10140-3:2022
Laboratory: TECNALIA (Vitoria, SPAIN)
Date: 15 June 2022
Sample: CHOVA+SENOR CONCRETE ACOUSTIC FLOOR
Standardised Base Floor: Reinforced concrete slab
Standardised Base Thickness and Weight: 15 cm and 375 kg/m²
Total Acoustic Floor Thickness: 12.6 cm
Sample Description: Concrete acoustic flooring system comprising: SE-TS-80 V 150 dampers (SENOR) + SE-BEC-15×170 acoustic strip (SENOR)
+ 4 cm CHOVANAPA sound-absorbing material (CHOVA) + 16 mm MDF board + CHOVACUSTIC 65 FIELTEX multilayer component (CHOVA) + 6 cm reinforced concrete
Result: An improvement of 13 dB in airborne sound compared to the base floor, which has a rating of 59 dB, resulting in a total soundproofing of 72 dB.
Result: Reduction of 37 dB in impact noise compared to the base floor, which has a rating of 76 dB, achieving a total soundproofing of 36 dB.
