FTD-OMEGA is the thinnest mount on the market, it is the present and future solution to soundproof small spaces. Wall structure is built with minimal effort, obtaining a lab-tested acoustic enhancement to airborne noise of more than 12 dB.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
When installing the SE-FTD OMEGA damper on a ceiling, it is NECESSARY and MANDATORY to fix the omega profiles to the dampers with 9 mm MM (Metal – Metal) self-drilling screws, in order to provide security to the construction system.
For the development of direct acoustic ceilings with omega profiles, at SENOR we recommend using the SE-FTD OMEGA ULTRA dampers as the best option.

Sample Description: Direct wall lining system comprising: SE-FTD OMEGA dampers (SENOR) + SE-BEC-10×100 acoustic strip (SENOR) + omega profiles (KNAUF) + SE-MONT-BICAPA-40 decoupling strip (SENOR) + 4 cm CHOVANAPA sound-absorbing material (CHOVA) + 15 mm Plasterboard (KNAUF) + 4 mm VISCOLAM 65 acoustic membrane (CHOVA) + 12.5 mm Plasterboard (KNAUF).
Result: An improvement of 13 dB in airborne sound compared to the base wall, which has a rating of 48 dB, resulting in a total soundproofing of 61 dB.
