The FTD-NIVEL 60/TD is an excellent and the thinnest damper on the market, it is the present and future solution for small spaces with leveling issues. This new product is capable of improving airborne noise by more than 12 dBA.

The FTD-NIVEL 60/TD is a very slim soundproofing system for small spaces, featuring a leveling system and direct fixation for 60/27 mm profiles. It constructs acoustic wall lining with minimal effort, achieving more than a 12 dB improvement in airborne noise with tested results.

FTD-NIVEL 60/TD (Load range from 3 to 25 kg)

There are several references depending on the length required:

  • SE-FTD NIVEL 60/TD (standard): with 2,5 cm screw and adjustment of 020 mm
  • SE-FTD NIVEL 60/TD T50: with 5 cm screw and adjustment of 045 mm
  • SE-FTD NIVEL 60/TD T80: with 8 cm screw and adjustment of 075 mm
  • SE-FTD NIVEL 60/TD T160: with 16 cm screw and adjustment of 0 – 155 mm

Standardised Base Wall: 15 cm concrete block + plasterboards on both sides
Standardised Base Thickness and Weight: 17.5 cm and 300 kg/m²
Total Wall Lining Thickness: 6.2 cm
Sample Description: Direct wall lining system comprising: SE-FTD OMEGA dampers (SENOR) + SE-BEC-10×100 acoustic strip (SENOR) + omega profiles (KNAUF) + SE-MONT-BICAPA-40 decoupling strip (SENOR) + 4 cm CHOVANAPA sound-absorbing material (CHOVA) + 15 mm Plasterboard (KNAUF) + 4 mm VISCOLAM 65 acoustic membrane (CHOVA) + 12.5 mm Plasterboard (KNAUF).

Note: For the FTD-NIVEL 60/TD product, the acoustic results obtained in this test is also valid, as both products share the same base structure (metal+EPDM) and polymers.


Result: An improvement of 13 dB in airborne sound compared to the base wall, which has a rating of 48 dB, resulting in a total soundproofing of 61 dB.
