SE-MONT-BICAPA-40
This is a 4 cm wide self-adhesive dual-layer tape, composed of EPDM CR-130 RE 42 microcellular material (2.5 mm) and 3 mm crosslinked polyethylene. It is designed for application on profiles, channels, and studs, offering excellent soundproofing properties.

The material also boasts exceptional resistance to atmospheric agents and features very low thermal conductivity, making it highly durable and effective in various conditions.
SE-MONT-BICAPA-40 strip is used in the installation of soundproofing systems as an acoustic decoupler (separator) between galvanised steel structures and plasterboard panels. It is an anti-resonant material, effectively absorbing resonance generated between different materials.
Installation:
Adhere the double-layer strip to the face of the metal structure that will come into contact with the plasterboard. The strip minimises resonance between the metal structure and the plasterboard, improving soundproofing.

Important Note:
When used alongside EPDM acoustic strip and SENOR acoustic mounts, the SE-MONT-BICAPA-40 ensures excellent soundproofing performance, achieving optimal acoustic results.
