Although traditionally the <strong>floor<\/strong> has been laid before the partition walls or wall linings, experience and common sense tell us that <strong>the floor should always be laid last.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-image uagb-block-c753c89a wp-block-uagb-image--layout-default wp-block-uagb-image--effect-static wp-block-uagb-image--align-none\"><figure class=\"wp-block-uagb-image__figure\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/senor.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/ORDEN-DE-EJECUCION-EN-SISTEMAS-ACUSTICOS-SENOR.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"uag-image-88664\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" title=\"ORDEN DE EJECUCI\u00d3N EN SISTEMAS AC\u00daSTICOS-SENOR\" loading=\"lazy\" role=\"img\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong><strong>\ud83c\udfa7<\/strong><\/strong> <strong><strong>WHY IS THE ORDER OF EXECUTION SO IMPORTANT IN AN ACOUSTIC SYSTEM?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When we talk about <strong>acoustic insulation<\/strong>, there are multiple factors that influence the final performance of a system. Among the most relevant are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><strong>Mass<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><strong>Absorption coefficient<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><strong>Elasticity<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><strong>Stiffness<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><strong>Tightness<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><strong>Available space or thickness of the <\/strong>system<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><strong>Execution ( labour)<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Of all these, <strong>correct execution on site<\/strong> is one of the most often overlooked&#8230; and yet <strong>it makes a huge difference<\/strong> between an effective and an ineffective installation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The order of execution<\/strong>, in particular, is part of the <strong>execution<\/strong> factor <strong>(labour<\/strong>) and has a direct influence on the airtightness of the system, the correct function of the dampers, the independence between construction elements&#8230; and, therefore, on <strong>the final decibels that are attenuated<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<br>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>\u2705 <strong>The recommended order of assembly by SENOR<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To achieve an effective acoustic installation without compromising the performance of the dampers, we recommend the following order:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><strong>Acoustic ceiling<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><strong><strong>Acoustic wall lining<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><strong>Partition walls<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><strong>Floor<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>Why this order<\/strong>?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td><strong>Stage<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Technical reason<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Ceiling<\/td><td>Allows the structure to be hung without lateral interference or limitations.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Wall lining<\/td><td>Aligns perfectly with the ceiling and allows for correct perimeter sealing.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Partition wall<\/td><td>Adapt to the available space without pressure or deformation.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Floor<\/td><td>Guarantees final decoupling.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<br>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>\u26a0\ufe0f <strong>IMPORTANT POINTS TO KEEP IN MIND<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When we make an acoustic ceiling we can NEVER fix the perimeter profiles to the wall, because if we fix them we would be limiting the degrees of freedom of the acoustic dampers and significantly reducing their effectiveness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If we do the floors before the wall linings and partitions, <strong>all the vibrations from the floor are propagated directly to these elements,<\/strong> nullifying the principle of acoustic decoupling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In addition, we are <strong>overloading the floor along its longitudinal path<\/strong>, which makes it necessary to reinforce it with more dampers. The dampers should always work within their recommended load range.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partition walls and wall linings are not elastic elements. If they are supported directly on the acoustic floor, <strong>they will transmit vibrations directly to the acoustic floor<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-image uagb-block-74c32cf2 wp-block-uagb-image--layout-default wp-block-uagb-image--effect-static wp-block-uagb-image--align-none\"><figure class=\"wp-block-uagb-image__figure\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/senor.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/sistemas-acusticos-techo-trasdosado-tabique-y-suelo-SENOR.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"uag-image-88673\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" title=\"sistemas ac\u00fasticos techo trasdosado tabique y suelo-SENOR\" loading=\"lazy\" role=\"img\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<br>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>\ud83e\udde9 <strong>THE IMPORTANCE OF USING ACOUSTIC BANDS AT ALL PERIMETERS<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In order to achieve a airtight installation free of acoustic bridges, it is essential to install <strong>quality acoustic bands<\/strong> at all perimeters (floor, walls and ceiling).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For example, the <a href=\"https:\/\/senor.es\/en\/acoustic-bands\/se-bec-burlete-epdm\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/senor.es\/en\/acoustic-bands\/se-bec-burlete-epdm\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-0-color\">SE-BEC of SENOR<\/mark><\/strong><\/a> offers excellent results, as it not only seals, but also <strong>absorbs perimeter vibrations<\/strong> thanks to its elastic material and its recovery power.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<br>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>\ud83d\udd27 <strong>THE IMPORTANCE OF USING ACOUSTIC DAMPERING IN THE ENTIRE STRUCTURE<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>We always, always, always<\/strong> recommend the use of acoustic dampers in ceilings, wall linings, partitions and floors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u27a1\ufe0f They are the only elements capable of <strong>absorbing vibrations<\/strong> and breaking the direct transmission of sound through the structure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If we are looking for an acoustic improvement in airborne and impact noise, it is essential to use acoustic dampers.
